The annual meeting of the Block Island Cocktail Research Institute (BICRI) took place on the July/August weekend meteorologists have definitively determined to have had THE BEST WEATHER EVER on record. This, of course, rendered alcohol completely unnecessary for mood enhancement purposes. However, mindful of their appointed duties, the group bit the bullet and soldiered on with their critical mission: to taste test the cocktails of Block Island.
